GOLDEN ‘Powerful Store’ Makeovers

As you remember from a previous issue of Art Dog Blog, the following 4 retail stores were awarded “Store Makeovers” at a presentation conducted by GOLDEN Sales for MacPherson’s dealers.

Through collaboration among the store owners, the MacPherson’s Sales Reps, the GOLDEN Sales Reps, and GOLDEN Product Manager Dana Rice these exciting store initiatives are underway!  Rep surveys and owner interviews have lead to unique action plans, based on the individual needs of each store. Engagement from the entire team created collaborative opportunities to focus not only on in-store resets for the GOLDEN and Williamsburg product lines, but beyond to training, customized enhancements to the store’s street presence and website initiatives. Golden Foundation Artist Residency Program

Applications are now being reviewed for the 2013 Golden Foundation Residency Program. Artists-in-residence will participate in a completely unique opportunity to explore the widest, most innovative range of materials and technology available today for professional artists working with paint. The 2013 sessions include:

April 21 – May 18
June 2 – June 29
July 7 – August 3
August 4 – August 31
September 15 – October 12
October 20 – November 16

For 2012, nine artists were selected for the shortened inaugural year with sessions running from mid-July through October.
