Pentel Post-NAMTA News for May 2010

Pentel got great response from the new Pentel Arts products for 2010, introduced at the NAMTA show in Indianapolis.

  • clip_image002Slicci 2.5mm Gel Pen Open Stock – Slicci is the smallest gel pen line width at 2.5mm. It is available in 8 colors:  black, red, blue, green, orange, pink, baby blue and purple. Journal and draw with ease thanks to the smooth flowing gel ink and precise metal tip. Personalize your papers, cardstock, labels, tags, chipboards and die-cuts. Slicci is a Recycology product, made up of 87% recycled plastic. Now available open-stock, in a beautiful display of 144 pieces.
  • clip_image004 Slicci Metallic Gel Pen – Because of the success of Slicci, Pentel has introduced Slicci Metallic Gel Pens. These 8mm gel pens come in 8 shimmering, metallic colors:  red, blue, green, bronze, pink, violet, gold and silver. The ultra-smooth, acid-free, metallic ink glides effortlessly across paper. The 0.8mm tip produces medium lines, perfect for embellishing note cards, creating designs, pictures, journaling and other craft projects. The metallic ink really “pops” on dark, colored paper. Slicci Metallic is available carded, or in open-stock. Slicci Metallic is a Recycology product, made up of 87% recycled plastic. The open stock is available in a beautiful display of 144 pieces.
  • clip_image008Hybrid Technica – Pentel’s new Hybrid Technica is a pigmented, archival, acid free pen, perfect for sketching, drawing, manga and much more. The Tungsten carbide roller tip guarantees a consistent line from the first, to the last drop of ink. The smooth, pigmented ink is light-fast, bleed-proof, water-resistant and fade-resistant. The new, Hybrid Technica is available in 4 line widths; 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm and 0.6mm. It comes carded or in “open-stock. There are two open-stock displays:  a 48 piece, and 144-piece assortment.
